The process starts by creating your botlet. This is the baby version of your chatbot – the core that you'll train, personalise, and unleash onto your website visitors. It's quick, clean, and intentionally simple, because nobody needs a 73-field form just to get started.
Next, you set up the bot details!
This is where you give your bot its personality, name, opener messages, behaviour settings, and the general vibe you want it to project. Everything is explained in plain English, so there's no technical jargon or mysterious toggles that make you panic and slam the browser shut.
