YourBOT's brain isn't one big pot of mush where every scrap of text gets thrown in and hoped for the best. Instead, it uses a structured 'multi-source knowledge system' built around five distinct pillars: FAQs, URLs, RSS, Sitemap and Extra Info ...

AI chatbot learns, Knowledge base grows, Limitless wisdom

AI chatbot learns, Knowledge base grows, Limitless wisdom

Each one serves a different purpose, and together they turn your botlet from a digital turnip into a smart, reliable assistant that delivers sharp, accurate answers.

  • FAQs are the bot's quick-fire memory -They're perfect for the everyday questions customers ask over and over again - things like opening hours, pricing summaries, delivery times, service areas, or anything you could comfortably answer in a sentence or two. When a visitor asks a matching question, YourBOT pulls up the FAQ instantly and replies without hesitation. Fast, neat, and zero waffle.
  • URLs give YourBOT access to your long-form content -These are the pages on your website that go deep - service descriptions, about pages, policies, guides and so on. The bot reads, analyses, and summarises them so when someone asks a complex question, it can respond with clear, context-rich information. URLs keep the bot grounded in your actual website content rather than making things up like a bored teenager.
  • The RSS feed provides real-time updates -Perfect for businesses that post articles, news, announcements, case studies or anything with a publish date. The bot checks for updates automatically, keeping itself up to date with the latest information - meaning you get fresh answers without ever touching a reload button. It's basically your in-house researcher who never sleeps.
  • The Sitemap is for shops - Although sitemaps usually contain a list of everything in a website, the perfect use for our sitemap system is to create a list of product URLs without any grouping or other segmentation. That way, if a chatter asks if you have a certain product or wonders about a feature, they can be directed straight to the relevant product.
  • Extra Info is where you store the juicy details - Opening hours, company/VAT numbers, address details, troubleshooting, internal notes - anything too short for an FAQ, but too important to leave buried in a webpage. Think of it as the bot's reference library for those moments when visitors ask questions that require minimal information.

Separating these sources isn't just tidy admin - it makes YourBOT dramatically smarter. Each pillar teaches the AI in a different way, which means fewer hallucinations, fewer guess answers, and far greater precision.

You avoid the common chatbot problem of “the bot read a blog once and now thinks it's a doctor”. Instead, YourBOT knows exactly where information lives, how to use it, and when to use it.

And the most remarkable thing about YourBOT is that it drills down into your data. This means it looks at the question and decides which answers from FAQs, URLs, RSS, Sitemap and Extra Info to send to our AI for processing. You can set how many items are sent, so you can adjust how quickly you want your bot to respond and how much information it should process in its response.

This multi-source knowledge system is why YourBOT works so well for web designers, marketing agencies, and small business owners alike. It's structured, reliable, and built for clarity so your visitors always get the correct information.

Instantly, and without the drama.

Until next time ...
